artwork helps the viewer understand the transferring processes between his art and the architecture of Burckhardt+Partner Zurich. Much of his transparent artwork is visually accessible and can be experienced in his architecture as well. To find inspiration for his creative activities, Heinz Moser often retreats into nature, which he sees as the source of all life. In the surroundings of his private home on the shore of a Swiss lake, Heinz Moser cherishes the sensual experience of the elements. He is physically very active and starts his day with Tai Chi, a long swim in the nearby lake or with a training session in running.

Raised and schooled in Zurich, Heinz Moser graduated in architecture from the Engineering School HTL in Winterthur. His professional career began at the architectural firm Hertig, Hertig und Schoch in Zurich. He spent a large part of his successful career as a leading and influential architect at the architectural firm Theo Hotz AG in Zurich. In his role as chief architect he devel-oped and shaped the architectural language of that successful firm for 25 years. He is the au-thor of a number of important and widely recognized projects of Swiss architecture and has won several national and international awards:
